Pod in the Paddock
We realise that before or after you book that you’ll probably have a few questions, and we’ve tried to answer as many of the most obvious ones we can below.
Payment
Once we have confirmed availabilty and reserved your dates, you will receieve a PayPal link where you can make a payment either using PayPal if you have an account or using a Debit or Credit Card.
Cancellation Policy/Policies
Please advise us as early as possible if you wish to cancel. We do realise that in certain emergency circumstances this may not be possible.
Within 30 days then you will receive a full refund
Within 7 days then you will receive a 50% refund
Check In/Out
*Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights only*
Check In: 2pm
Check Out: 11am
Please contact us if you are planning to arrive earlier as the Pod may not be available due to cleaning or other visitors departing late.
Accessing the Property
Your host Karen or a representative of Pod in the Paddock will meet you upon arrival and provide you with keys to the Pod, Living Area and Bathroom/Wash areas.
Smoke Alarms
The living and kitchen areas are fitted with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher is available.
Smoking
No smoking in the Pod or main living area – NB. This includes the use of e-cigarettes.
Cooking
There is an outdoor kitchen in the large cabana area containing a large BBQ (Barbeque), Pizza Oven, Storage, Double Fridge and Utensils are available.
Pets
No Pets are allowed
Noise
As this is a relaxation retreat, please keep noise/music at a reasonable level – we do still have neighbours.
Events
Only organised events provided by Pod in the Paddock are permitted.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi and Internet access is available in the living areas
